Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Alottle, operated by Ruda Works LLC, a Michigan limited liability company in the United States.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate sign-in information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for securing access to your email and devices.

What Alottle provides

Alottle offers kitchen inventory assistance, recipe ideas, substitutions, meal planning, groceries, and guided cooking. Visual identification, quantities, freshness, recipe results, substitutions, allergens, and safety prompts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review scans before saving and use your judgment.

Food, allergy, and safety notice

Alottle is a food-and-drink tool, not medical, dietary, or professional safety advice. Check ingredient labels and cross-contact warnings, follow medical advice, use a thermometer where appropriate, and safely store, prepare, and cook food. Do not consume food you believe is unsafe.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Alottle, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload illegal content, reverse engineer protected service components, or use generated content to harm others. You retain rights to your content and give Alottle permission to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service.

AI-generated content

Recipes, images, speech, and suggestions may be generated by artificial intelligence. Similar content may be generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and safely using outputs.

Alottle Plus subscriptions

Alottle may offer optional auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period shown by your store at confirmation control. Payment is charged to your store account after confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your store account. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund the current period. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s rules. Expiration never removes your saved kitchen, cookbook, groceries, or cooking history; it changes access to recurring AI allowances.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend access necessary to protect Alottle, users, or service providers. You may stop using Alottle and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alottle is provided “as is” without warranties. Ruda Works LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact
